Grounded is more than just a restaurant; it’s the heart of the community. Founded by Amir & Andrea Rahim in 2010 Grounded has been a local favourite for over 15 years.

Previously located downtown Ottawa, we decided to bring our love for good coffee and cuisine to our foodie-fans in the Carling and Nepean area neighbourhood. Our seasonal patio and stylish decor make it a favourite place for private events and casual, energized dining experiences!
